It doesn't really matter who I am, what I do, where I am from. Call me Sofia Blue.

What is more important is that I am one of many suffering souls on the planet Earth. Suffering from that uncomfortable, shameful illness - depression. 

Looking back I realized I have been depressed all my life. The past 8 years were particularly bad but this is what actually made me start my research to better understand mental illnesses.

I will share articles, studies, ideas and probably lots of personal experience.
